How Gift Willow is organised

The shop has two ways in: by kind of gift and by person. Both lead to the same products, so choose whichever matches how you are thinking.

By kind of gift

• Personalised Blankets — fleece throws in 30 × 40, 50 × 60 and 60 × 80 in, an embroidered plush throw, a baby blanket and a blanket-and-pillow set. Finished designs and blankets with your names.
• Family Pillows — square pillows in four sizes and a lumbar pillow, as a cover only or with an insert; one design in three colours; a family name pillow.
• Family Ornaments — ceramic, wood, clear glass and acrylic ornaments, including a money holder and a personalised family names ornament.
• Home Keepsakes — mugs, a mug pair, a stemless glass, a flameless LED candle with your family name, a serving platter and a suncatcher.

By person

• Gifts for Mom & Grandma — for mothers and grandmothers, whatever the family calls her.

• Mom, Our Home Begins With You Throw Blanket — A dusty-pink fleece throw with a short letter to Mom set in soft serif type, ready to order in three sizes.
• Nana's Hugs Fleece Blanket — A sage-and-linen blanket that reads “Nana’s hugs, for when I can’t be there” — for grandchildren who live far away.
• Dad's Reading Chair Fleece Throw — A deep-willow throw with a simple line drawing of an armchair and a stack of books, captioned “Dad’s reading chair”.

• Grandma's Nest Square Pillow — A square pillow with a small willow nest and the words “Grandma’s nest”, in linen, sage or dusty pink.
• Mom's Corner of the Couch Pillow — A dusty-pink pillow that politely reserves her seat: “Mom’s corner. Please do not disturb.”
• Dad's Chair Square Pillow — A deep-green pillow with a drawn armchair and the short note “Dad’s chair. Dad’s rules.”
• Family Gathers Here Square Pillow — A linen pillow with a long table under a willow tree and the words “Family gathers here”.
• Grandpa's Stories Square Pillow — A sage pillow with an open book and the line “Grandpa’s stories, ask him about the old days”.

• Grandparents Clear Glass Ornament — A round 8 cm clear glass ornament with bevelled edges and the words “Grandparents are a gift”, with a hanging rope.
• Grandma's Gift Wood Money Holder Ornament — A 4 × 4 in wooden ornament with a slot to tuck in a folded bill or note — “A little something from Grandma”.
• Family Names Ceramic Ornament — Type your family’s names and a year; we set them around a small willow on a round ceramic ornament.

Keepsakes

• Grandpa's Morning Coffee Ceramic Mug — A white ceramic mug with a willow sunrise and “Grandpa’s morning coffee — do not touch”, printed on both sides, 11 or 15 oz.
• Mom's Quiet Hour Stemless Wine Glass — A 14.5 oz stemless glass with a willow sprig and “Mom’s quiet hour” — for the evening when the house finally settles.
• Mom's Garden Suncatcher — A round suncatcher with a stained-glass style garden of willow leaves and pink blooms, in three sizes, for a sunny window.

Which collection should I open first?

If you are shopping for one person, start with the recipient collections: they are short and already filtered for Mom and Grandma, Dad and Grandpa, or the whole family. If you already know the kind of gift — “a blanket for her chair”, “an ornament for the tree” — open that product collection instead. Personalised products show their fields on the product page, and finished designs are ready to order without typing anything. Every product page links to the Size Guide and lists delivery and return times beside the Add to cart button.

Collections with products appear in the automatic list at the top of this page. Product pages are not listed one by one there; you will find each of them in the collection lists above and through the search icon.

For gift recipients

If you received a Gift Willow item and want to know more about it, look it up in the collection lists above. Each product page lists its size and the care details we can confirm. For an exchange or a problem with the item, go to Returns & Exchanges or write to us directly — you do not need the buyer to contact us on your behalf for a return, and returns are free within 60 days of delivery.

Recipients outside the United States — in Canada, Australia or New Zealand — follow exactly the same steps, and returns from those countries are free too.

Finding a product quickly

1. Use the search icon at the top of every page and type a word such as “blanket”, “pillow”, “ornament”, “mug” or “Nana”.
2. Use the menu: Blankets, Pillows, Ornaments and Keepsakes lead to each kind of gift; “Gifts for” opens the collections by person; “Help” opens the support pages.
3. Use the homepage ribbon “For Mom, Grandma, the whole family” to jump straight to a recipient collection.

Finding help with an order

If you have already ordered, three pages cover almost everything: Order Tracking for where your order is, Cancel or Change an Order for anything within 24 hours, and Returns & Exchanges for anything after delivery. For anything else, email [email protected]; we reply within 24 hours on business days.

• Production: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: 7–14 business days to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, shipped from the USA.
• Shipping: free to those four countries, no minimum.
• Changes and cancellations: free within 24 hours of ordering.
• Returns: 60 days from delivery, every item including personalised ones, free return label.
• Refunds: sent within 7 days of receiving your return; store credit never expires.
• Support: email, reply within 24 hours on business days.
