Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Gift Willow, 2725 E C St, Torrington, WY 82240, US, when you use giftwillow.shop or buy from us. We have tried to write them in plain language. They cover how orders work, how personalised items are made, prices, shipping, returns, what you may and may not do with our designs, and how disagreements are settled. By placing an order you accept these Terms, so please read them, and ask us at [email protected] if anything is unclear.

1. Who can use the site

You may browse giftwillow.shop freely. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. If you create an account, keep your login details private; you are responsible for orders placed through your account unless you tell us it has been misused.

2. Our products and how they are shown

Gift Willow sells blankets, pillows, ornaments and home keepsakes, many of them personalised. We describe each product as accurately as we can, including sizes and the details we can confirm. Product images may show an example name or a styled setting; your item carries your own text, and accessories in a photo are not included unless the description says so. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Small variations in print position, stitch placement or natural wood grain are normal for items made to order.

3. Personalisation

When a product has personalisation fields, you are responsible for what you type. We make the item exactly as entered — spelling, capital letters, spacing and punctuation — and we do not send a proof before production. The live preview on the product page is a guide to layout, not an exact rendering of the finished product.

By submitting text, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We will not produce text that includes brand names, team names, character names, logos or other material protected by someone else’s trademark or copyright, nor text that is hateful, threatening or unlawful. If an order contains such text, we contact you to change it or cancel the order with a full refund.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars. The price of each product and option, including any optional personalisation add-on, is shown on the product page and in your cart before you pay. Shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is free. If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we will tell you before your order is produced and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund. We may change prices or stop offering a product at any time, but that never affects an order we have already accepted.

5. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if payment cannot be verified, the shipping address is outside the countries we serve, or the personalisation text cannot be produced — and in that case we refund the full amount you paid.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, using one of the payment options shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose there; we do not see or store your full card number. See Payment Methods for details.

7. Production, shipping and delivery

We make each order in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and orders ship from the USA. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier; if a parcel is lost or damaged on the way, we help you as described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Import duties, taxes or fees for international parcels depend on the destination country’s rules.

8. Changes, cancellations, returns and refunds

• Changes and cancellations: within 24 hours of placing your order, at no cost — see Cancel or Change an Order.
• Returns: every product, including personalised items, can be returned within 60 days of delivery, for any reason, with a free return label — see Returns & Exchanges.
• Refunds: sent within 7 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method or as store credit, which never expires — see Refund Policy.

Those pages form part of these Terms. If anything in them seems to conflict with these Terms, the more customer-friendly reading applies.

9. Store credit and promotions

Store credit issued by Gift Willow never expires, is tied to the customer it was issued to and cannot be exchanged for cash. If we ever run a promotion, its conditions will be shown with it; we do not run hidden or automatic promotions, and no promotion is active unless it is clearly shown on the site.

10. Content you send us

If you send us messages, photos or suggestions, you allow us to use them to answer you and to run the shop. We do not publish your messages, photos or the names you used for personalisation. Photos sent for a claim are deleted 30 days after delivery, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Our designs and your use of the site

The Gift Willow name, logo, product designs, illustrations, photographs and text are owned by Gift Willow or used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy our designs or photos onto other products or websites, resell our products as your own designs, or scrape the site with automated tools. 12. Fair use of the site

Please do not use giftwillow.shop to break the law, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with the site’s security or operation, to send unsolicited messages, or to submit personalisation text that is abusive or infringes others’ rights. We may suspend access or cancel orders that break these rules.

13. Gift orders and shared purchases

Many of our orders are paid by one person and delivered to another. The person who placed the order is our customer under these Terms: we make changes, cancellations and refunds at their request or with their written permission. The recipient may contact us about a return or a problem with the item, and we will help them, but refunds go to the original payment method unless the buyer asks for store credit to be issued to the recipient. When siblings or friends share the cost of one gift, the order is still placed by one person, and any refund goes back to that person’s payment method.

14. Using our products safely

• Blankets for babies: always supervise babies with any blanket and follow safe-sleep guidance where you live.
• LED candles: keep batteries away from small children and replace them as the instructions describe.
• Glass and ceramic items: handle with care; check for damage before use and stop using an item that is chipped or cracked.
• Food contact: follow the care notes on each product page — for example, our platter is not for the microwave or dishwasher.

15. Accounts

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may close an account that is used to break these Terms, after telling you why. You can ask us to close your account at any time; past order records are kept only as long as the law requires.

Accounts are free and optional; nothing about your rights or our policies changes depending on whether you order with an account or as a guest.

16. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for supplying products as described and for the remedies in our returns and refund policies. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you ordered, for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (such as severe weather, carrier disruption or public emergencies), or for indirect losses such as missed events. Where the law allows it, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

17. Governing law and resolving problems

We would always rather solve a problem by talking: please email us first, and we reply within 24 hours on business days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless the consumer protection law of the country, state or province where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law, in which case you keep that right.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the shop or in the law. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it. The date at the top shows when the Terms last changed.

19. Everything else

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and Gift Willow about your use of the site and your orders.
